As a committed Real Estate Professional for Coldwell Banker Realty in the San Francisco Bay area, Linda Crose-Andersen discovered her true calling in real estate after an early career in social science. She developed keen analytical skills and regulatory knowledge working in the pharmaceutical industry and was then drawn to an education in hypnotherapy. In this role, she learned the fundamental skill of "active listening," enabling her to engage with her clients on a profound level. Now an award-winning agent, Linda prides herself on her ability to connect with clients and support them before, during and after a sale. Staying at the forefront of the industry, Linda is a graduate of Chamberlain Real Estate School and an active member of both the California and the National Associations of REALTORS.® She is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and serves on the board of directors for the San Mateo County and California Associations of REALTORS.® Linda also has certifications in Real Estate Investing through the Residential Real Estate Council and Local Government through Pepperdine University.  She's also a member of the Coldwell Banker® International Sterling Society, a designation given to the Top 15% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Linda's extensive knowledge of the San Mateo Coast and San Francisco Peninsula has helped to hone her pricing strategies and negotiating skills. She takes the extra steps to help buyers establish roots in their new community, be it by finding a locksmith or a tradesperson or locating a babysitter for a family new to the area, focusing on the "unexpected extras." She employs a transaction coordinator to handle paperwork, freeing her to focus on the needs of the client. In her free time, she can be found enjoying the San Mateo Coastal community along with her sidekick Zoey, a Jack Russell mix that she rescued 6 years ago.
